Smarty Wash is owned and operated by Mary and Ben Combs, who also run Judi’s Cleaners, and they’ve been in business since 1984. Smarty Wash is a sister company to Judi’s Cleaners. Mary and Ben raised their family of 3 girls in this community and kept the mission created back then; to provide customers with the absolute highest quality, most courteous, and most reliable dry cleaning & laundry service available. Their experience and commitment to go above and beyond for customers has earned us an unmatched reputation in the Sacramento Area. Today, our mission is still realized under Ben and Mary Combs’s leadership, General Manager Jean Mooreland, and the most dedicated team of employees, vendors, and suppliers.
